Place is 6 minutes away from downtown, which is a plus.
Negatives:
We requested a smoke-free room, but our room smelled like someone had smoked in there. There were small roaches and ants on the sink and bathroom. I've stayed in same price hotels that are cleaner and have better quality. Won't go back to this one for sure.

Water was hot - a/c worked great, pets allowed. Not far from downtown and right off the highway was convenient.
Negatives:
Toilet seat was broken and cracked and when you sat on it your skin would get pinched and almost torn. Very run down facilities, just one single deadbolt on door and no other double lock from the inside.

The front desk receptionist was amazing. She is the only reason I give this place a 5 rating. We didn’t end up staying. She was understanding of our decision and gave us a refund.
Negatives:
The first room we were given was filthy. The comforter had several cigarette burn holes in it including one giant one. That blanket should be thrown out not reused. No towels, floor was dirty with debris. Front desk receptionist moved us to another room, that one was a bit better but still dingy, smelled horrible so we decided to leave and find another hotel. This place needs a serious deep cleaning.
