The front desk receptionist was amazing. She is the only reason I give this place a 5 rating. We didn’t end up staying. She was understanding of our decision and gave us a refund.
Negatives:
The first room we were given was filthy. The comforter had several cigarette burn holes in it including one giant one. That blanket should be thrown out not reused. No towels, floor was dirty with debris. Front desk receptionist moved us to another room, that one was a bit better but still dingy, smelled horrible so we decided to leave and find another hotel. This place needs a serious deep cleaning.

The bed was so hard I woke up and felt like I was hit by a truck, and it was so noisy every time I turned around it would wake up my wife. Not a good experience

Ice was plentiful and the roof didn’t leak.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The WiFi didn’t work. The room was badly patched and repainted. The door showed signs of a previous break-in. It reeked of pot. I didn’t find any, but I highly suspect bed bugs.

The non smoking room reeked of smoke. The entrance door and bathroom door had damage that looked like someone had forced entry. Bedding had cigarette burns and the room had bugs and flys.

The key didn’t want to work
The bed sheets had burneds even if it was a smoke free room
Bed was super hard
Shower only had hot water
A/C was to load
Mirror was broken
Only 2 plugs so I had to buy a extension cord for all my devices
