Motel 6-San Antonio TX - Fiesta Trails

Negatives: Where should I begin... first off, when I arrived, late after my job, as I was walking to my unit located at the back of the property, there was some sketchy activity going on in one of the units. Loud music and the smell of weed permeated the air. I kept hearing strange sounds all night from my room, like someone was throwing a single stone at my door. At one point I got up to peep out my peephole and I saw someone scuttle off from very near my unit's door. My last critique is in regards to the morning check out staffer. I've stayed at this location twice now, and it has been the same guy. Very rude, overtly condescending, and aggressive in his communication. But this time he went too far. He accused me of smoking in a non smoking room. Even though I requested a smoking room and was told it was indeed a smoking room by the night attendant, he tried to accuse me as he was reluctantly returning my deposit. My shower had no shower curtain, there were wires hanging out of the walls, and the furniture looked as if it was being stored in this room rather than detailing the floor plan. I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Negatives: Room

Negatives: The people there were antagonizing me about my stay even though I showed them I paid they need a “number” even though I gave them a pin and a confirmation code. Very sketchy didn’t show my billing info, probably trying to scam me out of the deposit fee as well.

Negatives: Room was not clean bathroom had oil film and smell in tub TV in room 236 did not work maintaince tried over an hour AC leaking on floor It was so bad I checked out before midnight

Negatives: The facility was undergoing renovations, and I was aware that the furniture was being updated. The staff consented to our request for a lower-level room to accommodate my aunt's disability. However, once we settled in, we discovered missing towels, an unclean bathroom, and a toilet without a lid. We proceeded with our stay, acknowledging that there is room for improvement.

Negatives: The staff is dishonest.. I accidentally left behind my blanket and some medical eye drops( just had eye surgery). When I remembered about it.. I called back to inform them I was at the hospital and that I will go back to pick it up... House keeping stated she didn't find anything in any room... How dishonest of her . I understand it's not her fault we left items behind. But people do leave in a rush at times especially when we had early morning hospital appointments..

Negatives: The bath towels had some older brown stains that perhaps didn't come out when laundered previously. The bathroom had signs of missing equipment like the ventilation system and the bathtub had several rust spots. There was no grass on the property for our dog to go on, all concrete. Had to walk her off the property, off the frontage road where small patches of grass were located with cars whizzing by.

Negatives: I Loved everything.Thanks so much .I didn't get to enjoy the pool,because the flash floods came So I will just sit have to comeback by
