At the time of check-in, they told me that I had already been charged for the room. Apparently, I wasn't, and they woke me up in the middle of night. I was dead tired. Why couldn't they wait until the check-out time? I just could not believe how they handled the whole situation, which was their fault to begin with.
And by the way, they don't even have a hair dryer.
