Negatives:
The fire alarm went off 3 separate times in the middle of the night. It was chaotic. Left the hotel extremely tired.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Negatives:
Room was fully interior, no opportunities for outside light unless you opened your window into the hallway. With that, the room had a nightstand light, a table light, and the bathroom light, so was very dark.

i love they used the nest brand, the entrance to the riverwalk, their restaurant was open on xmas day.

hate their time requirement to check in and check out and on xmas eve night all the hotel's restaurant were too booked nor could we get a answers from room service. so we starve the whole night:(

The room was very small. The closet was even smallerand when the bathroom door was closed, the closet could not be opened (the door knobs were so close together that it prohibited operation of the doors). The shower leaked so profusely. Ridiculous price

Very nice hotel at a great location on the Riverwalk.
Negatives:
Disappointed the room wasn't more luxurious for the price we paid. Room was not well supplied for four people. Had to ask for more towels, more wash cloths, more cups, more glasses, more coffee.

It feels like a Spanish Parador, renovated old historic building. The pool is also nice.
Negatives:
I wished the access to the spa was free and in the same building not in the hotel across the River.
I booked a room with view, I was expecting to overlook River Walk, and I got one that was looking to a hall, behind the elevator. But it was very big and comfortable, and it was on the 7th floor, on the East building, so I decided not to change it. Sometimes I get the impression that if you book with booking hotels give you the worse rooms, the ones they cant sell to anyone else, but it may be just be my impression. I am getting this impression over the last 2 yrs, it was not like that before. So sometimes you make an effort to go to a super nice place and the feeling is you got a bit scammed. Maybe we have to complain more, but I am not that kind of person, I liked to be treated right the first time.
