The hotel was good.
Negatives:
The checking in process was ridiculous. We arrived early knowing we would have to come back at check in time. We did and had to wait another almost 2 hours. I thought that's what reservations were for. Disappointed Customer!

The bath tub needs to be redone, rotting wall and ceilong. The door latches to get back from the parking garage were dificult to make work.

I had the best room they could give after getting the most disgusting room in the whole hotel and it still did not meet any type of standard I dont know how this hotel is still in business

All the bathrooms are disgusting, needs renovation and a good scrubbing felt like a public toilet and the dry wall was pealing, do not go here

I was VERY impressed by the gentleman who checked us in and greeted me cordially by name each time I encountered him. Congratulations to you for acquiring such a fine employee!

I was not impressed by the overall lack of maintenance around the building's exterior and dog walk areas, as well as the stains in the toilet area.

I've stayed at this location before, so I knew exactly what I was getting. The combination of price and walkability to the river walk is really what brought me back.

The room was perfectly satisfactory. A little short on towels. Please put a card with large print in rooms for use of remote and any appliances. the night clerk was very nice and efficient.

Yes. No continental breakfast. (Coffee only.) I can't remember a motel I've stayed in that didn't have a continental breakfast! They charged $15 dollars a night to park your car! That wasn't included in the price!! Shady advertising.

The staff made the property. The rooms were average, parking lot was unsafe as three Harleys were stolen within 30 yard of the lobby entrance the first night I was there but the staff get 9 stars out of 10 stars!

The hotel was close to the river walk and there was plenty to do in close vicinity

When I arrived I waiting in the lobby for staff to check me in for 15 minutes. The room was dirty there were roaches in the bathroom, holes in the curtains for the window, the sheets were not clean. It was loud. But that was more guests than staff.
Negatives:
As we entered the corner room it was not what the picture that I booked the hotel would look like in the bathroom there were two dirty face towels hanging up we had no face towels we had one dry towel we had got in late we checked in Friday around 10:00 s
