The staff was rude on arrival. Our first room upon entering we could hear and see the shower wouldn't turn off - continuous stream of loud water so we had to switch rooms and the second room we went to had a toilet issue. My husband had to turn the water to the toilet off at night just so we could sleep because it would make loud noises every 5 -10 minutes. Fix the plumbing! The pillows were so flat like cardboard- I used my jacket rolled in a ball to sleep. Really disappointing . I would choose somewhere else . Complementary coffee but in 3 days it was available even once.

Positives:
The rate for the location near the Alamodome was excellent. Staff was also excellent and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Lobby bathroom is REALLY gross, and had cockroaches at night. Lobby facilities in general are not great and have a worn-out appearance. The lobby did not have coffee when I checked out; even the water cooler was empty. It's noisy at night; there's a highway and a club right next to the hotel. The bathroom in the room was much cleaner than the lobby bathroom, but the bathtub finish was peeling and had a dirty appearance, so I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. My neighboring tenant had a dog that barked at odd hours of the night and in the morning, but I suppose that's also expected for a hotel that allows pets.
