Negatives: I didn’t like when I arrived on the property at 4:00pm, which was my check-in time, and I was told the room was not ready because there were platinum members still in the room. I was told because they were platinum members they had the luxury of leaving at 4:00pm and I would have to wait an additional hour before I was able to be accommodated. It didn’t matter my family and I had traveled four hours to get to San Antonio. I was told I could go shopping or grab food while I waited. The staff members were saying my name incorrectly even after I corrected them several times. It was very frustrating having to go back to the car only to tell my family we had to wait because the previous family was deemed more important by status. One of the managers did offer compensation for one night’s stay which was a very kind gesture. However, moving forward whether platinum member or first time customer each person should be handled as if they as just important as the next. The room was rushed to be cleaned. There were areas in the room where my husband and I had to clean. There was no trash can in the common area and my husband had to ask for trash bags just for us to have someone to put the trash. He mentioned to housekeeping there wasn’t a trash bin in the room and we didn’t receive one. It smelled very stuffy and there were dried spots on the furniture in the living area. I attempted to take disinfectant wipes to bring comfort to my family.

Negatives: I didn’t like the fact that I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to tell them that the phone in the room didn’t work. They let me know they would call me back. Which I didn’t see how because the phone didn’t work in the room.

Negatives: We had a number of broken things in our room (drapes off the rod, bath tub drain didn't stay open, etc.) and it was not clean. The staff was congregated around the check in area upon arrival, seemingly not doing their jobs. The elevator didn't work.

Negatives: I made the reservation thru booking, which has always been very efficient on all my reservations. I called this property two days prior to arrival, when we got there, front desk clerk said, "im sorry but we have no room for you today"
