Property was fine, but did not have the ADA compliance room that you said we would have and they did not have a room that we had requested. And the air conditioning was not working properly. So we had to leave and find another place to stay.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly. And the shuttle to SeaWorld was nice.
Negatives:
The room wasn't very clean. It appeared clean initially. Vacuumed, clean bedding and linens, surfaces wiped down, etc. It needs a serious deep cleaning. The carpet and bed skirt was stained. The bathtub drained very slowly, leading to ankle deep water for a short shower. The kitchen sink was home to fruit flies that would come out if you ran the water. Pull-out couch was not great. Good AC, but it still seemed humid. It was not a comfortable room. We left the night before we were scheduled to leave.
