After spending 3000$ we wanted a smaller room we spent 3 weeks in the deluxe king room and needed a smaller room they tried to up charge the smaller room to where it came out to be the same price as the king deluxe room...and the staff was rude when it came to calls coming to r room and treated us horrible every day

Room was dirty, tub was very dirty. Water damages in cabinets, mold. Room was a kitchenette. Was supposed to come with cooking & eating equipment . Was nothing. Worst of all Room had ROACHES.
