Positives: Nothing!!! This hotel is UNSAFE!!! From the drug activity to the gun in plain site at the pool to the unsanitary condition of the room black mold, roaches, holes, cracked sink. Loud music all night long, the partying, the yelling... the WORST EXPERIENCE!!

Negatives: The gunshots & tire screeching in the middle of the night!!! Stay away!!! Hotel should be condemned!!!

Negatives: The hotel changed my room assignment from a 1 king size bed deluxe room to a standard double bed room. The hotel refused to move me to room size I booked because they stated they were fully booked. Our room was infested with roaches plus other problems.

Negatives: no hangers, no TV remote, no towels, bug infested, shower valve malfunction, not enough electrical outlets, the place should be bulldosed as not suitable for habitation.

Negatives: I did not get the room I wanted the pictures were nothing like the room I booked the staff didn't work with me. Toilet was broken , stains in the carpet, paint peeling on the walls, mold or Cobb webbs on the walls. Door didn't work properly.

Negatives: I was given a smaller room for what I paid for. No toilet paper, no hair dryer, no comforter on bed, the sink leaked, the shower dropped, poor lighting by the table, and there were bugs - roaches.

Negatives: It was infested with roaches , the room door didnt close properly, lights didnt work as well, no trash cans in the room. Overall the room was very dirty. No maintenance was done either to the rooms. Workers laughed when told about the roaches.
