Positives: Not much.

Negatives: Shower water only went up to lukewarm. Water couldnt be completely directed from tub faucet to shower head. Tub faucet leaked. No liner in the one trash can provided. Cockroaches. One crawled over sheets in the light while I was on it. More in the bathroom Crickets easily coming in thru the door jam. Free breakfast was coffee and stale cereal. Three day stay and no fresh towels or new trash liner provided. Wasnt even worth the $60 a night great deal they said they were giving me. I have had much better super8 room quality and service in other towns for that same price. Would never stay there again.

Positives: The property itself looks good but the rooms were not

Negatives: I got 2 rooms one of the rooms smelled like urine as soon as I opened the room door. The property manager was very kind and gave me a refund and apologized for the inconvenience; they did try to accommodate us and gave us a full refund pretty quickly. The room I did end up keeping the a/c did not work but everyone was booked so we just went ahead to the nearest Walmart and got a fan. The area is not bad the beds were comfortable they did not have a mattress cover just flat sheet. The top comforter did have a few stains on them as well.
