We could park near the room. But thats sort of a given for this kind of place

Uninterested staff, dodgy neighbourhood, the place didnt feel safe.

We asked for a handicap room when made reservations 3 weeks before and non were available. Location was horrible. Toilet seat and shower handle were broken. they asked for a 50 dollar deposit in which I am still waiting for it. Will not stay there again.

Room 109-Linoleum floors were very dirty, toilet handle broke, comforters did not look clean. Staff moved us to 111, where floors were even more dirty, door handle kept falling off and comforters/sheets had to be changed, due to ????

It was truly yhe worst place I have ever seen. Creepy, noisy, room was pathetic and they promised a tefu d and we teceived nothing but the extra $50 for me cindentals. We did not stay even 1 night it was so awful

Staff is rude. Uncaring and unhelpful charged me a $50 deposit that wasn't made aware until I got there then refused to give me my money back. Then still hasnt refunded my deposit.

Great location near Pearl district, super comfortable beds, good water pressure and surprisingly quiet since its near the freeway. I felt completely safe and slept great!!

The list is too long: Frig had leftover food in it, bathtub had hair in drain, reserved a king -not available! Front desk tried to say i was supposed tp check 3 days early had to inerupt my day and prove that i paid for all stay. No maid service available!
