Only 1 of 3 elevators was working. I carried our luggage down the stairs to check out on time b/c the elevator was bottlenecked. Bellmen could not get up to the rooms. Paid $40.+ for valet. It was a joke. 30 minute wait.

The lights in the bathroom had a mind of their own. Very had to get them to stay off. Sometimes they would turn on in the middle of the night.

Retrieving the car from the valet upon checkout was time consuming. Also, we called the bellman to come to get our bags but finally gave up after about 30 minutes and took them ourselves. They seem understaffed.
