I was only staying one day to attend an event in San Antonio. I was greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service. My cousin left an envelope at the front desk for me. The front desk clerk handed me the envelope with a smile. Very Attentive!

bed and pillows are super comfortable - we love the fact that this hotel is classy like hotels USED to be, and has not been remodeled into something with a boring white modern decor. the room layout is perfect and the bathroom feels private. hotel is convenient and does not price gouge.

It was nice , the staff were nice and breakfast was excellent

,I just wish I could of enjoy the full comfort of the hotel, the tub was dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them I had to sleep on top of the comforter,and I felt like they were dirty as will,I tryed the pull out bed but that had no sheets and I had already felt like everything was dirty so i couldn't sleep or get comfortable..I couldn't complain because it was a surprise from my hubby and i didn't want him to be upset, because he did plan something for are anniversary

Positives:
The vibe was amazing. It was so smooth. The location was great for my trips around the city. Great elevators. The pools were great for my family. The staff was very helpful with any needs I had.
Negatives:
The room overall was clean but I did find a few areas where the cleaning staff may have missed. For example the cushion under the chair had some trash and some clothing left in the nightstand that fell behind the drawer. That was left from previous guest.
Positives:
The most comfortable beds and nights sleep! I want that bed, linens, and pillows in my home.
Negatives:
The parking lot has holes big enough to devour your car.
