Negatives:
Breakfast that was already cooked was not edible except for oatmeal. It was bad enough didn’t try it again after the first day
Tv signal was lost the first night and not restored till late morning the next day.
No onsite parking, had to use valet which took the car two blocks from the hotel to an open lot that was unsecured for $40 a day

Room was run down with worn out bed and room wasn't clean. Downtown location with no parking. Charging premium price for a second rate hotel. Front desk at night was horrible to talk to don't waste your time or money on this hotel so many better, glad it was only a 2 night stay. Breakfast was dreadful and served in the basement.

Nothing it was a dump trying to say its a fancy hotel downtown not even close. Talked to management and got nowhere just took our money and did not care one bit stay away from this place.

It was a huge disappointment...
Positives:
We asked to get room cleaned and we were told yes. Left for the day and came back, room had not been cleaned. We saw roaches in our room. When we told front desk about it, they responded that they don’t clean everyday. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!
