The facility was dirty. It had roaches holes in the wall. The phone didn’t even work to have or be able to call the front desk. And when I went to go ask for toilet paper, they did not have any.

Tub didn’t drain, toilet seat had glue marks or something on it. TV remote didn’t work when I got there. Mini fridge turned off & left water on floor from time to time. Toilet paper not provided. Staff not available. They have a trick that they charge $60 deposit cash, rather than the $50 stated deposit. Then even though the have copy of receipt in a big receipt book, they have a sign saying if you don’t have the receipt- no refund of deposit, no exceptions. They didn’t respond to any of my emails prior to trip & no one is available if you need something while there. They have a sign that says they are out & call this #, then the # says they are not accepting calls.

I liked how cheap it was. I also like how close to the base it is due to that being my main purpose of my trip.
Negatives:
The mirror was dirty as if someone spit food on it and the staff didn't clean it. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere and I would wake up to bites. Also did not provide any hand soap or shower amenities.

I am very surprised that they are not taking advantage of all the military people that come in and visit this area. This location is in very bad shape. The rooms are dirty. There are cockroaches walking on the floor.
And the management is not customer service oriented.

Nothing this place was so bad I wanted to get my money back and go somewhere else! It was in a very part of town holes in wall nasty didn't even have toilet paper in it. There's a pool that is padlocks you can swim nor would you want to it's full of trash! I would recommend taking this off your site! We left a day early and came home it was so bad!

The only good part is that it is close to Lackland AFB. The cleaning lady was nice too.

The front desk person was super rude! Half the lights were not working. An inch gap under the door was letting hot air in. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. One of the beds has dirty sheets with HAIR!!! The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The curtains on the window had either glue or sheetrock plaster all over them. Walls were dirty. I had to ask for a different room and at that point had the replacement key thrown at me. Just absolutely horrible!
