Property and rooms were nice, clean and mostly modernized.
Negatives:
The folks that work there were rude and unaccommodating for what a hotel staff should be. I was ignored for a few minutes when I came to check in, refused a late checkout (rudely) no breakfast or coffee; said no when I asked for help charging my phone.

The location and how cold the air conditioner went.
Negatives:
Disliked most things. Uninformative staff (no directions on hotel room or other amenities), stained sheets and pillows, holes in wall as well as door and couch. No breakfast at all. No housekeeping the whole time we were there.
