Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. We loved all the in room amenities it offered like stove, big refrigerator, dishwasher & big microwave it made it easy to enjoy our vacation without having to look for different overcrowded restaurants and was able to just go to a grocery store & pick up easy things to make after being sunburned to all hell after floating the river for 5hrs :)
Negatives:
The water smelled really bad while showering and we didn’t use the ice from the in room ice maker in the freezer bc it came out a yellow tint and smelled bad like the water in the shower, we used bottled water to brush our teeth bc the water in the bathroom had a yellow tint as well so we used ice out of the machine downstairs bc it didn’t look yellow and had no smell. The only other downside was the floors didn’t look vacuumed but everything else was amazing!

Nice room - great amenities in the room. Very Clean and Comfortable - I love the fact there is a tub - plenty of floor space and we felt safe at the property.
Negatives:
We didn't have an ice bucket in the room - As we drove on property, the landscape was very unkempt and overgrown - which made me nervous, but past the gate it was nice.
