The hotel was very close to the wedding venue and easily accessible from the highway.
Negatives:
The room was not well lighted. There were plenty of lamps but the bulbs were incredibly dim. We specifically requested accessible rooms as my 91 year old mother uses a walker and cannot walk long distances. Our room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the elevators and was not wheelchair/walker accessible. We were told they had to change our reservation. We also requested rooms located close to one another. One was on the fourth floor and the other was on the ninth. Handicapped parking was accessible to the conference center, but not the main entrance. Oh, and we were charged twice for parking when we arrived in one vehicle. These charges were removed from the bill.

We literally found dog poop in the corner of our room. And the the room just was not clean. When we let the reception lady know she did nothing about it. So we had to find a cleaner to come redo the room.

My stay here was wonderful...

We liked that the room was big.
Negatives:
There is too much noise inside and out of the hotel room. Every few hours, we would hear a knocking noise in the wall next to the bed! There was a funny angel in the room as you entered it.
We did reservations for 2 days!!!!!
We had to evacuate through the emergency stairs (4th floor) at 1 a.m., and we still don't know why? We didn't see a fire, thank GOD. We did try to make the best of it. We could have left the 1st night, but we paid a good chunk of money for those 2 days, and there was no refund.
It was not a relaxed stay for sure!!!!

Free drinks for 2hrs, and free breakfast...but we missed both.
Negatives:
Booking sent cost as 160 something. Then I received email and my bill was $180 something. Then I looked at my online bank and it was a charge for $191 something. I will not use Booking.com again. And they charged $12 for me to park my own car in a massive parking lot, that was filled maybe 20%.
