I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. We arrived in the evening….there was a dirty Qtip by the bed, crumbs on the floor, an old washcloth hanging over the shower, and two empty sprite bottles in the room.
I felt it was too late to complain as we had a lot of luggage to move back out. I also didn’t want the staff to do more harm than good from the first night. The next morning, as we were out and about, I asked the front desk to make sure and have our room cleaned while we were out. When we came back that night, our room had not been cleaned.
