Location good near main roads and restaurants. Breakfast had a wide selection of food. Staff were helpful as first night we were in a room which faced onto the UPS depot and during the night we were woken by numerous beeping sounds and engines of the trucks reversing into the depot. On the morning we asked reception if there was another room we could be moved to and they moved us straight away. Thank you.

It was close by where my daughters dance competition was taking place.
Negatives:
When I arrived, the elevators were not working so they offered me to transfer me to the Hilton Garden Inn which I accepted. The Hilton was not as updated as the Hampton but at least they had elevators. At the end of my stay, we noticed we had an additional charge of one night to our credit card like as if we hadnt shown up!!! I immediately called and they told me it was a mistake since they themselves had transferred me to another hotel and that they would reverse it. Well, its been 3 1/2 weeks and they havent reversed it!! Ive been calling and calling and they give me the same story, My manager is not here but well give him/her the message as soon as he/her shows up This is unacceptable!! We were transferred to another hotel because they had inefficient facilities and they have the audacity to charge me like as if I didnt show up!! To top it off, Ive been waiting and waiting for the reversal and nothing has been done!! That is called theft and horrible customer service!!
