Negatives: Where to start. The hotel has serious problems with hot water - pretty much anytime of day, but in the morning you'll be taking cold showers. The sink didn't drain. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel was in the room when we arrived - I had to go ask for more. No hair dryer in the room - had to ask for that and was told they may not have one. The TV worked, but the color was 100% purple and barely viewable. Had to ask for that to be replaced. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. At about 5:00 on a Thursday, I was told by the two young girls working the front desk that there was "no management nor maintenance in the hotel past 4:00 on any day and they could do nothing about the sink, the TV, or the hot water. I asked them to call the Manager and give them my number and to have them call me. Did the call ever come? Ofcourse not. So I paid $249/night for this kind of experience? Not again! Oh, and the girls rarely ever work the front desk/lobby area...you'll have to wait on them to get off of their phones or actually yell outloud for some help to come to the front. I also noticed several other people complaining at the front desk the few other times I walked by. I'll be contacting Hilton about this experience.

Positives: They game me a room that was not clean. The beds were not done there was still trash from other people that had rented it the light were not working inside the restroom so we couldn’t shower and they had gone while we were there that other people have left there belongs inside a drawer so I know for fact that my room was. It a clean room at all !!!

Positives: The location was convenient, the parking seemed safe and secure. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They greeted me and were very helpful and made me feel at ease.
Negatives: When I arrived in the room. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it previously. The sofa had some MULTIPLE medium stains , at least four or five in the cushions. That needs to be addressed. That is just not acceptable for a guest that has paid nearly $300 for a single nights stay. I am also a Hilton Honors member. To add to the disappointing- one of the pillow cases looked as if it had not been laundered and was not clean. It literally had human hair on it and looked slept on. It was actually disgusting. So now, exhausted from my trip, I now have to arrive to a room with an old stained couch I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on AT ALL and then I had to find clean linens in the closet so I could make sure I was sleeping in clean sheets and a clean pillow case. I honestly was too exhausted at that point to even say anything. I arrived late at night and had to wake up at 6am to attend my daughter’s cheer camp and competition at Texas State University. This was my personal travel- but I work for Verizon and travel for work. This is one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in about ten years. Steam clean the couch and carpets. Wash the bedding and make sure there are clean fresh linens bed. We are not stupid. We know what first sheets look like. It was actually insulting that they think their guests are too stupid to notice. It is VERY VERY disrespectful to treat guests this way. Do your part. Have pride in the product you offer your guests. Don’t be lazy or cut corners. You owe it to your guests to provide at the BARE MINIMUM clean sheets and bedding.
