Negatives: The parking lot could be better and have an exit to the side street to where guest don't sit and wait to be let onto the service road. The room I was given the pullout couch bed was heavily stained.

Positives: The person who checked us in was very polite and professional, allowing us to check in a little early. My room was very clean and smelled great.

Negatives: One of the bed mattresses was sunken in and uncomfortable, and two wash towels were torn and frayed. My room was right by the area where they held the dirty linen.
