It was right next to the university and everything was extremely expensive everywhere else.
Negatives:
It was fine. Definitely an old motel that has been refurbished. Reminded me of a slightly better than Schitts Creek motel. Id stay here again during an event when everything is booked up, but I wouldnt stay here otherwise.

The room smelled really bad like a wet rug. We just needed a place to sleep so didnt think anything of it. Until the morning it was really bad. Someone kept knocking on our door between 6:30-7am. There was also people yelling outside our room at that hour. Toilet seat was all loose, towels were stained even though they were washed. No soaps, conditioner or shampoo.
