The staff was nice, Jennifer nice and tried to change of room when I complaint of mold smell but gave a room that smelled worse. Appreciated her efforts. Then, the next day spoke to Araya and explained the entire situation and he was super accommodating and great customer service and was able to finally changed me to a better room.

The room smelled moldy and even after running the AC for 3 hours. I got a super bad head ache. The bathrooms were not cleaned I both rooms I stayed.
