Motel 6-San Marcos TX

Negatives: The first room we were given was dirty, toilet paper on the floor, beds weren’t made, no towels, and trash bags of food were left behind. We were given a different room after being up to the clerks attention.

Negatives: The price was ridiculous and the quality was bad

Negatives: This place is FILTHY, has Crickets like CRAZY, and TONS of ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! The floors were absolutely disgusting!!! They were filthy dirty, sticky, foot prints still on them from previous guests, hair in the bed, and in the bath tub!!! The room looked as if it had not even been cleaned at all!!! Just tidy up… And when I complained to the front desk they literally laughed at me and told me they couldn’t do anything about it since I went through booking.com, it is going on two weeks since I was promised a refund by the motel AND booking.com and now I am being told I am not going to get one!!!!!! I am out $363!!! Would not recommend Motel 6 in San Marcos Texas or Booking.com! I have had ZERO help from booking.com and just spoke with Melissa from Motel 6 and she is the rudest smart mouth I have delt with and LIES!!!! Omg!!! She literally says I checked out of this room in person 6 days after I left the property!!!!! This place is a joke!!! Be ware!!!!

Negatives: Thin sheets and towels no shampoo or hair dryer. Bottom sheet so skimpy it wouldn't stay on the corners. A lot of road noise andnoisy A/C.

Negatives: The room smelled like cigarettes and we don’t smoke. We killed several cockroaches and the AC kind of worked so the room was stuffy.

Negatives: Bathtub and sink didnt look very clean. Air was very damp feeling, outside of hotel needs cleaning up.

Negatives: It was dirty, uncomfortable, and bugs everywhere in my room, bathroom support was faulty and broke. We left and went back home because it was so uncomfortable.
