Bathroom vent is very loud. Found a cockroach in the room. The tub’s shower head and water spout are coming away from the wall. Toilet seat loose. Corners on the floor are dirty. The pool was green and there is no rail to get in and out. Wish the room had carpet. Sink drain doesn’t have a stopper and the sink faucet is all scratched up
