Convenient quiet! First hotel in SM that didnt have a musty odor in the room.
Negatives:
Needs some updating. There was a hole in the bathroom where a shower rod had been pulled down. They should have housekeeping water mop after they use the swiffer mops because floor is sticky. A/C was really clacking clang but it cooled great.

Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Told the front desk and they said ok we will make a note of it. As I was checking out. There was no concern about why I was leaving. Room is in need of repairs. Will never stay there again.
