The set up of the room was really cool. The full size refrigerator, sink, full size microwave, dishes, couch, etc. really makes you feel like you’re at home. I also loved how you can turn the TV around from the sitting room to the sleeping area.

My only issue is just me personally for all hotels. Need to launder the sheets and towels with a skin sensitivity detergent. I had to sleep on the couch not the bed because of my allergies to the detergent. Everything else was great.

Everything was great and the nice and clean. The room set up was nice.
Negatives:
The bed was a little uncomfortable and too firm for my liking. And to turn on the shower you had to get all the way in the shower to reach the water knob, which was difficult because you get sprayed with freezing cold water.

Hot tub was not working. Pool had algae. A/C was not working in the gym. We arrived after check-in time, and were told that they had late check-outs, and our room wasn't ready. After we checked in, I called to request late check-out, but was told no.

Dogs barking at 2am! Crazy they let dogs stay at a hotel that mainly services working people. I love animals but not hearing them or smelling them when I'm at a hotel. Will not be staying there again. The least they should do is reserve one floor for nothing but pets, that way the rest of the hotel does not have to deal with the noise, smell, pests and accidents that come with animals.
