Staff was rude, when we got into our room it was very dirty, bed was undone, towels every where, even after requesting a non-smoking room it smelled A LOT like cigarettes. When it was brought up to the front desk, they said they had no more rooms available. Not helpful at all. After trying to cancel, they didn’t want to waive the fee even though I could not stay in the room.

The moment I walk in I saw a roach right in the middle of the lobby. Halls smelled like cat hair and my room’s AC wasn’t working and flooded my room. I notified staff twice and nobody came to help.

The place is in terrible shape . The shower did not work it smelled like weed the whole time we were there In the hallway . The back exit by the stairs the floor was dirty and sticky the 5 days we were there.TV remote did not work. The phone was missing a lot of buttons. I have stayed in that same property at least 10 times and it was great, now we will never return.

Most of the staff were unprofessional, the room was dirty and beds are hard. The room needed a lot of maintenance. The smell of marijuana outside and inside the hotel was ridiculous. My son found a joint in the elevator. The exterior grounds were covered with cigarette butts, not a few but all over the place. Pet owners don’t pick up after their dogs as the grassy areas are covered with puppy land mines. Cockroaches found when fixing to check out.
