Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate for noisey neighbors (people above us) and did not recommend a change to upper floors as that was the pet floor( noisey etc).
All the staff greeted us, helped with doors, and overall made us feel comfortable.
Negatives:
The clientele have taken a toll on this place. We had to ask for dishes. It appears the clientele is stealing so items anticipated were limited to none.
While the room was generally clean, the rooms and overall hotel could use a deep cleaning. Towels were white to gray with stains. Beyond the room, the staff is trying to keep up with the halls, laundry and overall cleanliness but extra support for them to take care of things is needed.

Staff was rude, when we got into our room it was very dirty, bed was undone, towels every where, even after requesting a non-smoking room it smelled A LOT like cigarettes. When it was brought up to the front desk, they said they had no more rooms available. Not helpful at all. After trying to cancel, they didn’t want to waive the fee even though I could not stay in the room.

The moment I walk in I saw a roach right in the middle of the lobby. Halls smelled like cat hair and my room’s AC wasn’t working and flooded my room. I notified staff twice and nobody came to help.

The place is in terrible shape . The shower did not work it smelled like weed the whole time we were there In the hallway . The back exit by the stairs the floor was dirty and sticky the 5 days we were there.TV remote did not work. The phone was missing a lot of buttons. I have stayed in that same property at least 10 times and it was great, now we will never return.
