Cat o dog on the bed, evidently nobody else clean that room. Called front desk and they were unable to transfer us to other room , I accepted some workers came with clean sheets and making the bed , and top of that one of the pillows smelled cat or dog piss, horrible experience. The girl at front desk she was kind a rude , not really friendly

As soon as I walked in the lobby, it smelled like weed! The hallways were hot and stuffy. Hallways smelled like weed as well. I was waiting on elevator and 2 employees walked out of it and it smelled like weed as well as cigs too. If after hours you need to come up stairs to your room, my key card would not open the lobby door to get to your room. And icing on the cake was on our last night, our key would not even open our room door.

It was dirty, but really dirty.
Since I get there I noticed, the front desk, the hallway, the room!!!
There were hair in the bathroom, but tub and floors, the floor wasn’t even swiped, the kitchen cover on grease I believe from the previous guest, the coffee maker cover in grease.
The most uncomfortable beds, the room smelled terrible.
Expensive, honestly, the conditions of the building and rooms were terrible For $20 extra you get a so much better room anywhere,please think really carefully before to book a room there. It’s disgusting

The price was very affordable, the parking and freeway access convenient, the staff was friendly, and the room itself was simple but clean. The facility seems newly renovated, but all aspects of it are very bare-bones.
Negatives:
The in-room phone did not work. The wifi did not work. The TV service was dreadful and slow. The hallways smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There were a lot of sketchy customers and others hanging around the property. We did not experience any safety incidents, but concern was not unreasonable.
