Negatives: Management. They were so rude they accuse me of things I did not do threaten to throw me out on three separate occasions for things I had nothing to do with absolutely nothing to do with if they had just asked if they would have known they didn't even apologize any of those three times when they came pounding on my door to scream at me and threaten me I finally had had enough on the third day of this abuse and checked out early and the management refused to give me a key to get back in my room to get my stuff since my key had stopped working you see I'd gone to the office originally to get my key rekeyed for my room since everyday it would stop working then they were just got all rude to me and nasty to me again and I finally had had enough of this treatment I'm the customer the paying customer here hello You're not supposed to treat people like that especially not paying customer people so I said you know what never mind job Just check me out Just check me out I'll go and get out of my room right now you guys can have the room and I'm not here I can't won't put up with this stuff anymore any longer treat people like that but the head manager to get me back to my room and told me she'll come and let me back in for me to get my stuff out this was at 9:00 in the morning I sat in front of my room in my car for two and a half hours waiting for her to bring to come and let me into my room so I could get my stuff to get out meanwhile she has called the police on me The police come and tell me that I need to get out and I told him I will as soon as she lets me in my room to get my stuff I've been sitting in my car for two and a half hours waiting for her it is her fault now that I'm going to have to have a late checkout because she has not let me in my room for 2 and 1/2 hours I could have been out of here by now how rude rude rude

Negatives: There was nothing I did not like about that place. They even had a smoky room that was the best.

Negatives: Have an actual breakfast, when it is advertised as breakfast included.

Negatives: Quality of the rooms.

Negatives: We searched for hotels but unfortunately there was a big game and a 4 day weekend so everything was booked. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Our 1st room was so foul smelling and then we discovered some foul smelling socks and shoes . It wouldn’t have been hard for the cleaning crew to find . 2nd room was just as disgusting doors were filthy , bathroom was also unclean bed had a piece of gum stuck on the headboard, I’m not sure what the cleaning crews are doing but the certainly are not cleaning the rooms. They advertised breakfast omg we were offered some stale coffee and stale danishes . WOW I have never been so ready to leave .

Negatives: The way my wife was treated when she asked for towels and toilet paper and coffee.

Negatives: Well there were a few things. I requested a smoking room n when checking in I'm told all the smoking rooms are on the second floor. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked here since stairs are an issue for me. The beds were really high n difficult to get into. The toilet was very low to the ground so it was uncomfortable to us. When I booked my room I requested that I would have 2 small dogs with me, I recieved an email saying they could ho or my request at no charge however when checking in I'm charged 50 for my pets. That fee is almost the cost of the room. The room was like 75 add the pet fee n tax n it was 120. We were so uncomfortable w the beds n stairs that we ended up leaving at 4 in the morning n canceled our plans for the day n went home early. Due to the stairs I am now having to ice my knees in order to walk.
