Heather as soon as I checked in was very nice, she even asked me my preference of which room I wanted. I said the lower the better gave us a bottom room floor close by the door. Which was perfect seeing as my fiance is a smoker she could easily get in and out to smoke. It felt very safe. It was very clean and smelled good in the room. It had very thing you needed. The breakfast was also great. It was close to outback and Starbucks I would stay again.
Negatives:
The only thing was the sofa bed didn't have a sheet on it I should have called for one.

Wasn't there long enough to find anything wrong. We were traveling and only stopped to sleep after driving for 15 hours.
Positives:
Very quiet place to stay.
Negatives:
Housekeeping staff would not allow the front desk to get milk for my child. Her exact words to us were "we can't give them that we don't get a truck until Tuesday" after she was on her way back with the milk. Poor customer service.
