Hotel needs a remodel. Carpet old and dirty. Our room had a bad smell. Had no extra room because of construction wokers. Outlets in room really need fixed, very loose, don't have enough power to charge a phone well. Bathtub very slippery and not very wide. Breakfast sausage not good. Eggs ok. Separated a bagel to add cream cheese, it fell apart. Got another one it was disgustingly old. A good remodel would make it nice.

My room smelled, the whole building smelled of stale smoke, my room wasn't fully clean, it's very outdated, and I was afraid to walk around on the carpet barefoot! It was definitely not worth what I paid!

Helpful clerk, that seem to know what she was doing. Nice breakfast. it was nice to have elevators for my second floor room.

Parking was a little bit tight.

Breakfast and the lobby was nice.

The room was dirty and the tub faucet did not work correctly half the water came out of the spout no matter what you did.
The bath floor was the nastiest we have ever seen and the tub had mold around all the caulking.

Over price for a rat...
Positives:
The room was spacious, bed/pillows comfortable, breakfast was great; water got hot quickly. The evening manager was cordial and helpful when we needed some assistance with a room key and the noisy neighbors next door and across the hall.
Negatives:
The building is starting to show its age and wear/tear. The "extra caulking" around the tub faucet is a sloppy cosmetic repair. The side door has a card reader that didn't work as the door was constantly unlocked. The neighbors in the room next door and their friends across the hall were loud and noisy, especially since we had a baby trying to sleep.
