Door locks with card did not work.Desk clerk had to unlock door every time you left and came back to hotel.Air conditioner was quiet loud. Just 1 small bar of soap. Worn out towels.

When I made the reservation I thought breakfast was included and it wasnt. Your web page is misleading. The clerk required me to wear a mask but yet he didnt wear one.

Very dirty they don't clean, found hair in the bathroom swept with a towel, Towels have stains on them, good thing I took my own towels, the Ceiling fan was so dirty and dusty I was afraid to turn it on for all the dirt to fly off.

This hotel definitely deserved 4 Stars. It was super clean! I walked barefoot because it was so clean. To say it was superior is an understatement. Cleanliness must be their motto!!
