Leaving was the best part

Shower handles were coming off, ac leaking on the floor, elevator smelled, blankets were dirty, beds definitely need changing ,power strip was exposed next to water that was coming fro the ac unit, front desk people were annoyed of doing their job

Paid for a honeymoon for my daughter she said it was absolutely amazing , I want to thank the staff , the front desk for being so kind and courteous, I give it an A+ just missed the jacuzzi

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Location is great as its between Isla Blanca Park and all the food. Room was basic but clean. Perfect for a solo stay for the night.

TV wasnt working for some reason. Not a big deal for me since I just needed a crash pad for the night. Room was a bit humid and floor was damp with condensation. But it was a good cheap option for a quick turnaround trip.

How filthy the room was . The cockroaches everywhere from cabinets to the middle of the room tv was not working old raggedy towels. No blankets, no comforters. And how rude the staff was upon other things.

Hit us with surcharges. Internet went up and down considerably. Not very wheelchair accessible. Towels old, stained and rough. No cups or ice bucket in room. Continental breakfast was a tub of butter,jar of peanut butter,a jar of jelly and a jug of coffee
