Negatives: My room smelled moist and a bit moldy. I was charged $208+ for incidentals causing my card to be locked my by financial institution due to the staffs lack of training as to how to check me in. I had two rooms, my card was charged $158.27 for incidentals which is three times what it should have been charged then an additional $50 which is a total of four times the charge for incidentals for the room. The explanation that was given made no logical sense and I was unable to utilize the complementary drink vouchers that was given to me as an apology for the thirty minutes it took for me to be checked in to my prepaid rooms.

Negatives: you could hear your neighbors

Negatives: There was nothing that I or my family disliked.. Just wish that the pool would have stayed open longer than 10 pm but that's nothing to say it was a bad place to stay.

Negatives: New hotel, too expensive, no breakfast included, only for charge

Negatives: The extremely strong scent when you walk in the lobby that overtakes you is horrible. The scene is industrial, clinicalthe hallways are darker than a funeral home, and the rooms are not well maintained. Bathroom door wouldnt slide shut most times and if it did, you were stuck in there until someone outside the door opened it. There was only 1 nightstand/bedside table for 2 beds. 2 plugs total near the beds. Horrible layout. No ironing board on the premises at all. And the staff claimed a glitch caused my incidental deposit to be $140.25 instead of the normal $50. We will see if that charge falls offI doubt it. The bathroom wallpaper was the most fun part of our stay, locating random creatures mixed into a seemingly warm and subtle (though repetitive) pattern. Ive included a photo.

Negatives: Shower wouldnt get hot. There were random hairs around the bathroom area. Walls were dirty and damaged. WiFi was hit or miss. Walls were thin and you can hear a lot from the hallway.

Negatives: The layout of the rooms is odd. There is not really a divider between the bed and the sink area (just a wall that extends the length of the bed and no further), which means if one person is up early the other person who is still in bed is hit with the light and sound from the sink area. Also, there is absolutely nowhere to hang any towels, either by the sink or even in the separate shower/toilet room. We had to drape bath towels over chairs and place the hand towel on the counter. There is also no light over the sink, so good luck trying to do your makeup. In addition, the door into the toilet/shower area is a rolling barn door style, and once it starts moving it is like it is rolling downhill into the frame. I smashed my hand between the frame and the door handle multiple times when I didn't move fast enough out of the way of the heavy rolling door. The door also does not have a good fit in the frame - there is a gap, which means anyone outside the bathroom can hear everything happening in the bathroom. Additionally, the shower smelled musty and I detected some mildew. Lastly, even though this hotel is not directly beside the Woodlands Waterway or Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion it still seems to be a party hotel. We stayed overnight because we had a very early cycling race the next morning and were woken up at 2am by people clomping around upstairs and at 3am by someone yelling "whoooooo!!" in the hallway by our room. When we left at 6am we found a dirty towel crumpled in the corner of the elevator (late-night drunken swim, perhaps?). It wasn't a terrible stay by any means but I feel the quality did not justify the high price tag.

Negatives: The hostess while checking in charged me for another booking even though the App i used had already taken the payment. She seemed more interested in her cell phone than helping. The hallway we were in had broken glass all over the walkway. We went to take a shower and had no hot water. I called the desk and was told "oh i forgot to turn it on". I stay in the same hotel in Austin frequently and have always had a great experience. This one just had a few issues.

Negatives: Very modern, clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated

Negatives: Water pressure in the shower.

Negatives: Booked the hotel for the swimming pool but it was closed without any warning or discussion re discounts.
