Negatives: Issued only one key per room. Spent six nights and no one offered to clean the room, exchange to freshen linen or towel, dingy and dirty common areas.

Positives: Nothing at all it was a nightmare.
Negatives: If I could give them a negative rating I would with the quickness. I didnt like the way I was treated for having a service animal. The room they placed me in for having a service animal was something from a drug movie. It had a missing cabinet door, missing burner on the stove. The room didnt smell clean or fresh. Overall it was a hot mess! I have never been so insulted in my life. I will never stay at the extended stay again. The room was complete trash and nothing like the rooms online. We checked in viewed the room asked for a different room and was denied because of the service animal and checked out in the matter of 10 minutes. Not to mention it took one week to get my refund back. Ill never book another hotel without viewing the room first.

Negatives: I booked this room for my mother. When we pulled there was a homeless person loitering by the entrance. The blinds were broken, you could see it from the street. I could not leave my mother there so we booked a different hotel. HORRIBLE

Positives: The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was decent. The bed and our location of room was perfect. Everything else sucked, especially the staff! Even though we were right next to the office, they didn't clean our room. The thing that was the worse is our toilet wasn't working and we gave them a full day and they didn't come fix it. I asked about again and they got rude.
Negatives: A lot! Read above. You can't fix the toilet with a days notice and being right next to the office?!
