Positives:
The management was very atune to what was going on in the hotel. Love that! The rating on Google maps gives it a 2 star...but it was definitely a 3 star hotel or better. Breakfast was great.
Positives:
Met expectations, good location, no problems
Negatives:
$12 parking fee at check in was insane for this suburban hotel. Massive Wal Mart parking lot next door, when I threatened to move, fee was waived. Do NOT like add on fees!

We loved the location as we were 10 minutes away from the hospital that my daughter was having her baby at. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was above average and reasonable rates.

What I didn't like is that I sent two written requests asking to change the dates on my reservation because my son's cross country coach gave the wrong dates. I had reserved the room for the 22-23 of September but I wanted to change them to 29-30 of September. Keep in mind, change not cancel, however not only did they not get back to me but they still charged me for the room in which we didn't even stay in and most probably got booked anyways by someone else. So very disappointed with the results and thank you for showing me never to book a room with you guys ever again.
