Food was not good at all. The hotel needs to hire a real cook. Rooms need to be updated tremendously. Staff was not friendly and it took me three weeks to get a refund after contacting the property and customer service multiple times to inform them that I was charged twice.

Great location to Cynthia Woods. Comfortable room and bathroom facilities. Easy check in, free parking.

Breakfast was expensive and we didn't realize it wasn't part of reservation until we sat down (with our plates from buffet) and saw the menu and price for buffet if chosen. There were optionsfrom menu but equally pricey. Saw an open buffet and made a wrong (expensive) assumption. We have stayed here before and I don't remember it being that pricey.

my car is not at the hotel and I have to pay for parking fee. When I start check in process I told associate I don’t have it car please don’t charge me parking fee after check out tine I get it receipt and it shows parking charge 12.99$. You thieves.I never stay this hotel
