Breakfast was supposed to be included. They charged me 40$ for breakfast. When I showed them my booking receipt that included breakfast with my booking they tried to refund me, but were somehow unable to figure out how. The waitress was kind but the front desk and management were unkind and unhelpful.

I loved that everything was clean. The pool was cleaned daily. The employees were very friendly(so I thought especially me coming from NYC). The fitness center which I used was also clean. The room I received was HUGE!

It was very clean and quiet! Lovely atmosphere and attitude of all professional staff.
Negatives:
Room service was requested but did not come. I had to retrieve my own towels for the additional days of stay. No changes of linen or towels was completed during the stay. The bathroom toilet after flush stayed going for over two minutes and was very loud.

An hour before we had to travel 5 hours, we received a phone call that the hotel did not have electricity. We were told we could still stay there but the hotel had not electricity. The reason they didn't have it was because of the remnants of a hurricane that had hit the coast almost a week before. We were told that if we found somewhere else to stay they would not charge our card. It was extremely difficult finding another hotel within in the same area. We asked the front desk person if we had to stay at the hotel if they would at least give us a discount and her said no. Thankfully we finally found a room in Tomball. It was a little further than we wanted but at least they had electricity.
