Comfortable beds and great location. Within walking distance from the Cynthia Mitchell pavilion where we stayed the night for a concert
Negatives:
The front desk staff when we arrived. The lady was not helpful at all and did not offer any information about the internet, breakfast time, or check out time. I had to pull teeth to get her to give me the info. Also the parking garage said to take ticket for validation or discount specially at the Westin but the same front desk person when we checked out said they don’t offer any discounts and we had to pay the full amount. Totally not helpful

The hotel was nice, though showing a little wear.
Negatives:
I have never stayed at a hotel that I paid 15% tax when I made my reservation and paid for it in full, only to have a daily tax added to my bill( about $40 a day) and called it incidentals. The hotel put a $200 hold on my card and sent me a bill for taxes? This seems very unusual, indeed.

This is a beautiful hotel situated within 5 mins walk to Woodlands mall. Lovely staff. Clean hotel in a beautiful area.
