Negatives: I hated it I didn't sleep,people walking and talking loud all night.the busy streets care passi g through all night the train comes bye every 15min ir was so loud it felt like it was on property parking lot.just horrible I checked out at 8am

Negatives: Not clean smelled horrible.stains on linen Pest issues. Roaches Cracks in bathroom tub. This places needs renovation.muffins and coffee only for breakfast.elevator is faulty it shakes.

Negatives: Wish there were more options

Negatives: It has roaches. I checked out early due to roaches crawling on me while I was in bed. I informed the staff and checked out with them. They still havent returned my money. It should be a little over $77 dollars.

Negatives: Nothing like the pictures dirty and itchy sheets

Negatives: There was no cups, crockery or cutlery in the rooms kitchen, the cupboard doors and doors were battered and tatty, there was no plug on the bath tub. The bathroom toilet pan was loose and wobbly, there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Negatives: Everything , dirty furniture, old food in the kitchen cabinets, children running around above me until 3am , tv reception horrible! No hair dryer No coffee maker. Avoid this place!

Negatives: Everything. The first thing when you walk in you are hit with such an ugly smell that I cant even describe. You are then greeted by bugs and ROACHES crawling around everywhere when you walk in especially in the kitchen and restroom area. We couldnt not even use the toilet the first night because it wouldnt flush and the front desk did not have a resolution to that issue. We had to figure it out ourselves until it started working. I went with two kids that was a huge inconvenience. Then the shower head sprayed water everywhere except on your body all while you saw the roaches crawling around you as you showered. Lastly, as we laid down after a long travel day to feel the springs in our sofa bed and no comfortable position was the worst when you are just trying to relax. Not to mention our remote did not even work we had to walk all the way back down to the front desk. Never again.

Negatives: I didnt like the night lady with her rude ass. We checked a late check in the hotel approved it but we didnt know they locked the side door so we walked around still locked. I walked back around again with my luggage with my fianc and it was a customer talking to the lady athe front desk he point to walked back around we did still no one came so I look around and saw it was a phone in a damn box u had to call to have to open the door. That was so inconvenient for and tiredsome since Im handicapped and we just had a 6 hours ride in the car. So once I got off the phone we walked around for the three time she still didnt come till my fianc knocked on the door. She had a the audacity to have a damn attitude and he had one to and the rudeness of was crazy. Since she said it wasnt her problem we were tired but its our problem ur butt take a long damn time. The next night she was cool we just stayed out the way because she never again

Negatives: We didn't have any problems with our overnight stay. We can't think of anything that we'd say we did not like about this hotel.
