Negatives: I reserved a "King" size room. I don't like it when my reservations are changed by the hotel staff. They moved me to another room because someone wanted my king size room. I got two doubles. That wasn't what I paid for and that really irritates me. The shower pressure sucks. The shower heads are about two feet about your head. The shower heads are not good. They don't flow the water. I don't know how people with long hair can get all the soap out or cream rinse. Poor water pressure.

Negatives: The top hinge and door on room 103 is damaged causing the door to sag and very hard to open.

Negatives: I think they should manage it better and listen to the needs of their customer.

Negatives: They were late on our check in but did give us a bag of 3 drinks and Doritos. We are repeat guest at this hotel and this is the first time to experience such a horrible stay. The guest were very dirty (ghetto) which I completely understand the staff has no control who can reserve however they should be able to control how certain things are done. -When we arrived one of the guest was outside yelling at his wife telling her she was lazy and not helping him w/bags. He came in swearing and was loud at the front desk. -another incident our family was waiting for the elevator. The elevator opened and a bunch of smoke was in the elevator. We told the guest will take another ride. I informed the guest service right away. I told him they were smoking in the elevator and he responded they weren’t they were vaping. I asked if that was ok to do and he replied no they should do that outside. Than he held up a fragrance spray bottle and asked if he wanted me to spray the elevator. -went to front desk asked for toilet paper and instead she comes out with paper towel she informed us I can’t find any but this should work. -bunch of dirty guest have their kids running the hallways at 11pm playing loud music. -same family would be at the bbq location and use it allllllll evening. Not sure if they invited their entire family generation. They made it so dirty and some of them never got up. -when we first got to our room our sofa couch was wet. They gave us bed sheets to apply it on the couch. -while checking out one elevator had a sign not working but the working elevator had a pool of water on the ground. Huge fall risk!

Negatives: Still same old crappie AC window units which make tons of noise. Not sure why that’s still allowed in newer buildings. (Obviously nothing the staff can influence)

Negatives: Everything was great

Negatives: Fridge in room was not cooling, shower gel receptacle was empty...sad to say did not realize until in shower, had to use shampoo to bathe.
