It was clean and the staff were great. Very modern vibe and loved the location.
Negatives:
The handicapped room was nice but the shower had no pressure and came out as a trickle instead of a stream. And the water ran off all into the bathroom floor as I was showering.

I liked the helpful friendly owners/managers but not the younger unfriendly/unhelpful staff. The location was perfect and clean. the amenities were great. The breakfast was good and stayed filled until breakfast was over.
Negatives:
The younger staff were very unfriendly and snarky. The morning girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked how I went about getting an extra pillow for my room. Training on good customer service is definitely needed at this location..

Horrible food. Can’t charge food to room…silly oversight. Why have a separate vendor and charging machine.
Negatives:
Room. Small. Didn’t get room I booked. I booked handicap room got regular room. This is a Booking .com problem. Second time in a row the room I booked changed by the time I arrived. Starting not to trust Booking.com. If I book a room don’t change my booking and my booking proof by the time I arrive. That’s what’s happened twice. Once in London and now in Sulphuric Springs.
