Negatives: Ice machine was broken the toilet paper holder half was on counter. Rhe light in the kitchen area would not work. Had to get staff to come and fix it and could not get access control to work. But the biggest thing was that I made reservations way in advance and when we got there we were told that we had been put in a 2 bed room because the ac was not working in the room. No one tries to contact me to tell me anything because of all the problems we did get a portion back but I don’t think it was enough with all the problems we had to endure.

Negatives: Parking was hard, we parked out front by the office. But there was security.

Negatives: Lack of Cleanliness

Negatives: No continental breakfast

Negatives: They were overbooked and did not let us know or made sure we had an alternative. They couldn’t care less. also, the indicated location was wrong

Negatives: Noisy due to lots of space under door.

Negatives: It was a little loud Highway close by

Negatives: Room was clean. Breakfast was great

Negatives: The kitchenette was lacking the basics to make it usable, One broken knife, no flatware or other cookware. I’d had needed to buy everything to use it. So a money-saving amenity would have resulted in a net loss. Cracked chair-railing outside the elevator, the vending machines were broken, no coffee or anywhere else to get breakfast, and couldn’t make it due to the lack of kitchenware. Also I was very uncomfortable with someone, who I gather is a long-term guest, running through the hallway naked and pounding on doors. Unfortunately, these things put me off enough that I won’t stay here again, even if I was offered a free stay. I’ll pay more to stay anywhere else in town.
