I booked a room to accommodate my wife. She was having open heart surgery the following morning. When I booked the room, I had a choice of jr suite or premium king. I assumed that was a better option due to the accommodations we're extremely similar. Premium king cost was higher at the time of booking. We needed the couch that was described in the description of the room. The size was way smaller than the description stated. I will think twice before booking with that hotel.

Loved the restaurant and the hours available. The waitresses were phenomenal. The food was wonderful, y'all have a great chef!

Our door was hard to open and the light over the coffee station was out. (Room 411) No, we didn't mention it to the hotel so they didn't know to fix it. Overall it was a perfect room.

Air conditioning did not work the first night. They would not move us to a different room. One of the 2 elevators was not working. Ice machine on the floor was not working.

the location was perfect for where we needed to go. The staff / front desk person was very nice and polite. the room smelled wonderful when entered.
Negatives:
The main front door was not working, so had to use side door which was not locked. there was trash in hallway to our room that took till late evening to be picked up. the Hot tub was main reason for picking the location and it wasnt even hot. the concrete in hot tub was coming off which made it have a lot of worn down concrete sand, only two jets worked. there are no key pads to get back into pool area form outside deck area so got locked out. Shower valve dripped and did not shut off all way and the ceiling in shower had bad water stains.
