Positives: The only good thing is the price and even then I'd rather pay more to stay elsewhere.

Negatives: Roaches, roaches, roaches. Rooms with Mold from roof being damaged and never fixed. Blood on the sheets upon check in, with urine in and on the toilet. Hot water is hit or miss . Drug deals going on in the parking lot. Told us we couldn't have our 3 dogs but multiple other long term guest had up to 4. One very rude housekeeper who is family to the manager is constantly smarting off and even cursed at guests. Terrible place overall. Pay a little bit extra and stay elsewhere.

Negatives: Too many bugs Worse stay ever Too many roaches Woke up twice with roaches crawling and me in my bed. I had to kill roaches all night I desire a full refund. Unbelievable and I left at 4am and didn't take a shower because too many roaches. Please call me because it was horrible.
